8am Informal Worship
9am Christian Education for All
10:15am Traditional Worship
Our informal, “paperless” worship meets in the main sanctuary. It is also a less formal, “come as you are” atmosphere, and the smaller attendance gives us all a chance to worship in a more intimate group.
We gather each Sunday at 10:15 a.m. in the sanctuary for a more traditionally structured worship service which reflects the practice of our German Reformed heritage for many generations. With outstanding and diverse musical selections from our Director of Music, Kevin Biddle, and our gifted organist, Jodi Loose, the sanctuary resounds with music both vocal and instrumental. Talented choirs of voice and bells, adults and children round out a music program that inspires our worship and gives us a meaningful experience each week.Worship is at the very heart of our relationship with God. Offering varied opportunities to express our worship is important at Christ Church, and we offer two different choices for worship times and structure on Sunday mornings.
Holy Communion is offered regularly, and is available to any adults who desire to receive the sacrament by faith.
Special worship services are celebrated on the following occasions: Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunrise, and two services -Jesus’ Birthday Party (7pm) and a service of Lessons and Carols (10pm) – on Christmas Eve.
Please come and visit, then plan to come back again and again to worship at Christ Church. No matter who you are, or where you are in life’s journey, you are welcome here.
